Investigate and fix why new routes return 404 on LXC:\n- Git hook pulls code but PHP-FPM not restarting\n- Route cache not clearing on new routes\n- Possible solutions:\n 1. Add post-receive hook to LXC that runs 'php artisan route:clear'\n 2. Set up proper CI/CD workflow with deploy step\n 3. Check if PHP-FPM needs manual restart\n\nThis blocks all new API features from working in production.
