Restructure API to use /api/v1/ prefix:\n- Move all routes to /api/v1/\n- /api/v1/up for health check\n- /api/v1/personas for persona endpoints\n- /api/v1/drafts/ for draft endpoints\n- /api/v1/auth/* for authentication\n- Keep /api/ as redirect to /api/v1/ for backwards compat\n\nThis follows industry best practices (Stripe, GitHub, Slack all use v1).
