Description

Create new endpoint that returns all deployment-ready formats:\n- AGENTS.md content\n- JSON config\n- MCP server command\n- Environment variables template\n\nThis closes the UX gap where users create personas but have no clear path to actually use them.

Implemented /api/personas/{id}/use endpoint returning agents_md, json, env, and mcp formats. Supports ?format= param for single format.
