Story¶
As a user, I want personas to persist in PostgreSQL so that they survive server restarts.
Acceptance Criteria¶
- personas table with UUID primary key
- core_stats and active_perks as JSONB columns
- is_latest flag for default queries
- group_id for version tracking
- migration with pgvector extension
